3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

4. Bookings and Appointments

4.1 Making Bookings

• You must provide accurate information when booking

4.2 Cancellations and Modifications

4.3 No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in charges and may affect your ability to make future bookings.

4.4 Customer Responsibilities

• Communicate any special requirements or allergies to the provider
• Treat service providers and their staff with respect

5. Payments and Fees

5.4 Disputes

6. Reviews and Ratings

• You may leave reviews for services you have received
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your experience
• Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines
• You grant us a license to use your reviews on our platform

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent bookings or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers

8. Intellectual Property
